Manufacturing Facilities
The company manufactures equipment Racks and Control Panels out of the best material with
modern and sophisticated plant and machinery under well qualified and trained staff the wide range
of Equipment Racks and as per customers Drawing and Specifications Consoles and other Products
are produced with thoroughly checked at each stage of manufacturing to finish product before
dispatch.
The company maintains accurate delivery schedules and believes in accepting only total quality
product. An environment of teamwork helps in participation and innovation of various products.
The company has capacity to produce 4U to 45 U heights with 19” / 21” std. racks with various dimensions in Extruded Aluminum, M.S. welded or in Dismantle form as per demand from user.
Right from Open type, Wall Mount, Semi closed and Close type racks are made by us with facilities
of fan, Low temp. Tube light, front Toughened glass door or Ventilated as per customer’s need.
We manufacture the D.C.D.B. and A.C.D.B in sleek form to reduce usage of space in rack. The fuse panels are also manufactured by us in which 1 in and 10 Out Puts are provided. All the outputs are protected with individual fuses and all the fuses are protected by M.C.B. In input. The D.C.D.B’s are mainly used for heavy current distribution.
For outdoor purpose the I.P. 53, 54, 55 standard racks are also manufactured by us to suit all Atmospheric conditions.

- Shearing Machine of Godrej make 2.5Mtrs. Length, 5mm Thickness 100 Tonnes’.
- Centrum 2000 CNC Turret Punch Press of Murrieta, Made in Japan. Model No.1987, 22 Station 2 Auto Index Bed size 1250 X 1000
- Bending Machine of Amada’s Protocam model made in Germany 3Mtrs. Length 6mm Thickness 120 Tonnes,
- Power press of M/s. Quality Machine Tools, two nos. of 20T & Two Nos. of 60Tonnes, Power press of M/s. Rajesh Engineering.
- To carry our all the punching operations all dies and gages are available with us.
- We have Powder Coating Facilities near by which are approved vendors of L & T, Godrej, and Siemens to name of few.
